|| Key Changes Music with RAW Materials ||
As a non-clinical music therapist and workhops leader, I worked with groups of adults experiencing long-term and enduring mental health problems to compose, produce, record and perform original music. These sessions took place in the community and several London hospitals.
|| The Stuart Low Trust Poetry Quilt ||
I organised and ran a 6-month series of creative activities aimed at tackling isolation amongst adults with mental health problems in Islington. The aim was to write poetry on the theme of isolation which was then printed onto fabric and sewn into a collective quilt made by up to 90 of the community participants. The project was funded by Islington Giving.
